They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. The hotel itself is stunning and the room I was in was huge. The facilites were all pretty good. The pool could be bigger but its more than sufficient. The cleaning staff did a great job and the location is perfect to explore Bengkulu. This hotel helped make my stay really enjoyable and is a great addition to the town. I can't wait to hopefully return in April.

I rescheduled my booking last minute because of some medical emergency and they confirmed without hesitation. The process only took several minutes.
