This was the perfect stay for me in Lombok. I actually stayed somewhere else that didn't have everything I need. Considering it rained so much during my stay and I didn't know how to ride a scooter, I felt like I had plenty to do to keep me occupied for 3 days. Pool, spa, food and drinks all day with free breakfast and a gorgeous room to rest and relax in. Staff was amazing!! There was an unexpected leak in my room and they took care of it right away, as well as arranged my transpo to and from the hotel. I didn't have to carry any of my own baggage ams were super attentive. Shoutout to Lasmini at the spa who was a delight. Their driver Sami was also a highlight of my trip. Makasiii ❤️

Staff so helpful and friendly , breakfast delicious , rooms very comfortable and the pool was fantastic .

The staff was taking care of us, and every wish was fulfilled. They actually had a good gym, which surprised me because it was not in the hotel description. This should be mentioned because for many people it's an important factor when choosing a property. The only thing I have to criticize is the missing vegan options at the breakfast menu. At the restaurants, they do have a vegetarian menu. But you need to ask for it.

The rooms were spacious and spotless. We would definitely recommend this place!

The staff is amazing – young, friendly, and really the heart of the place. Their energy and attitude make all the difference and are definitely the key to the hotel’s future success. I also loved the little surprises in the room every day, like thoughtful gifts and a refreshing hydro face mask – such a nice touch! The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-run spot on Gili T!
