We stayed at the KOHO Air twice now for around 8 nights and it’s always been a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel, very clean and great staff. We will definitely be back for a third time :-)

The rooms were absolutely beautiful and direct access to poolside was great. We rented bikes from the hotel and explored the island and in the afternoons came to spend some time at the villa terrace and by the pool. Hotel staff were excellent and the service was on a very high level. We left a wallet to our hotel room during check out and realised it after travelling to the next island after several hours. The hotel answered our whatsapp message immediately and went to look for the wallet in our room. The wallet was found there (where my husband left in on the top shelf) and the hotel manager delivered the wallet to the beach where we came to pick it up later. Such a great service! Would highly recommend the hotel expecially to friends and couples.

The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking a tour or recommending local spots to visit. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lombok.

The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Omg, this resort was absolutely stunning! The staff were amazing, and the food was great, but the highlight is the amazing entertainment at sunset, with excellent DJ’s, live saxophone, and a live fire show, all set in such a gorgeous setting with absolutely breathtaking sun sets. We spent every night here! The hotel rooms are so cute, with lots of little things to make the stay special, and a great pool to cool off with cocktails. I would recommend this hotel to anyone Thanks you for making our stay special.
