The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

They served a complimentary afternoon tea each day with various local treats and a range of herbal teas which were delicious - most of the treats came from the neighbouring bakery that is also worth a visit. We liked the furnishings in our room and the toiletries were top notch. They provided fresh fruit in our room on a daily basis and we had fresh flowers which were a lovely touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel contains a treasure trove of artworks and antiques and well worth an exploration. We loved our meals at the hotel restaurants, especially SaigonSan. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was amazing, food in the restaurant was great, beautiful swimming pool and grounds. The room was super nice with a balcony. Super welcome respite after our Mount Bromo trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.
