They served a complimentary afternoon tea each day with various local treats and a range of herbal teas which were delicious - most of the treats came from the neighbouring bakery that is also worth a visit. We liked the furnishings in our room and the toiletries were top notch. They provided fresh fruit in our room on a daily basis and we had fresh flowers which were a lovely touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel contains a treasure trove of artworks and antiques and well worth an exploration. We loved our meals at the hotel restaurants, especially SaigonSan. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was amazing, food in the restaurant was great, beautiful swimming pool and grounds. The room was super nice with a balcony. Super welcome respite after our Mount Bromo trip.
