Great attention to detail with interior both inside the rooms and all over the hotel. Two amazing pools to choose from. Great spa facilities. I wasn't planning to return to Jakarta anytime soon but after staying at The Orient Jakarta i definitely want to travel there again.

With a 360-degree view of the city, The Westin Jakarta is located on the top 20 floors of a 304-metre Gama Tower. Strategically located in the Setiabudi district, it is only a 10-minute drive to the Central Business District of Jakarta. It features an indoor pool, a fitness centre, and spa facilities. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the premises. The room was beautiful and the staff were incredible. The amenities are really something. Food at the hotel is quite expensive but there are lots of places nearby to eat.

Offering views of the city, the rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. It features a separate seating area, a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a bath and hot/cold shower. The room was nice and had all the needed facilities. Also dinning in the room was nice and breakfast super nice with the variety of bakeries and amazing sweets. We booked also the couple spa for one hour which I really recommended. I'd like to add also the staff were so friendly, respectful, and nice.

I never write reviews but making an exception for this hotel that exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff throughout with authentic Indonesian kindness and service. Beautiful interiors marrying modern light-filled and spacious spaces with classic and luxurious splashes of gold and color. Beautiful mosaic tableaux and sculptures from a local artist. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet including sushi and icecream! We were in the Artist Suite, perfect size for a couple and child, separate art-filled living room, the extra bed was amazingly comfortable. A dedicated butler. Beautiful outdoor pool, 24 hr gym and long walking path in the garden. Pro tip: walk less than 5 minutes into the adjoining Lotte Mall to find Kokuo Platinum for an amazing reflexology massage for 1 hour for less than USD 10. We gave up our usual preferred luxury hotel brand with initials FS for Raffles Jakarta and are so happy we did - we'll definitely return.

The professional and attentive staff at the 24-hour front desk can help guests to arrange laundry and dry cleaning requests, relaxing massages, use of tennis court, access to business centre and meeting/banquet facilities at additional charges. Guests can also enjoy free access to the fitness centre, and sauna. The room was excellent - everything we needed. However, there were two material stains - one on the sofa (smallish) and one on the window seat (big).
