We were upgraded to a Pool View Room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The Pool View Room has loungers on the balcony—perfect for relaxing in privacy. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was another highlight, it has a wide counter that’s ideal for those who bring a lot of skincare. The shower was well-designed, with no water spilling out—a much-appreciated detail. Amenities
They thought of everthing. There’s a lounge area by the pool, a pool bar, beach loungers, bikes, a spa, and even a dessert spot. Security is also a nice addition. We absolutely loved the spa! Be sure to try the Gua Sha Massage and Body Scrub—it’s such a treat. Location
We personally loved the location. The sunsets by the beach were stunning, and the area was quiet—completely different from the busier port area. However, it’s still conveniently close to outdoor cinemas, restaurants, and warungs. To get around, we opted for an e-scooter for ”romantic” tandem rides by the beach, although regular bikes are also available. Service and Staff
The staff were warm, responsive, and incredibly friendly. Every afternoon, they checked in with guests to see if we needed anything—perfect for requesting extra water or towels. They were also great problem-solvers. We came down with the flu during our stay, and they quickly arranged for a doctor to assist us. On our last night, they surprised us with a farewell cake, and the warm send-off at checkout made us feel truly special. Food and Breakfast
This was one of our favorite parts of the day! The staff were attentive and always checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; instead, you choose from a well-curated menu, which we loved. If we wanted a little extra bread or bacon, they happily accommodated us. Selection of juices and coffee are also great. They also offer croissants or danishes while you wait.

An à la carte, continental or Full English/Irish breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. At The Koho Air Hotel you will find a restaurant serving American, Greek and Indonesian cuisine. Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. Super beautiful place with nice staff. Very cosy!

From the cleanliness, the service, the kindness, the food (I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was) — everything was simply magical. Lorena, along with all the other staff (Jean, Mai, etc.), made our stay truly the best experience we had in all of Indonesia. We can’t wait to come back! I would recommend it with my eyes closed.

Cooled by a fan and air conditioning, the rooms are fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV and a safety deposit box. Some units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Everything! The rooms, the pool, the staff, the location, all was great. The staff is very caring and give you free snacks and drinks throughout the day. The location is a bit outside of the main street but you can rent bikes so its perfect. They have nice sunset parties everyday with fire shows. We only booked 2 nights initally and ended up staying 7! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel location is amazing, 5 minute walk to the port and has lots of bars and restaurants close by. But the hotel has a beautiful restaurant with a bbq every night too, and we loved the pool bar out the front to enjoy some cocktails. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and even organised our snorkelling trip. Our bedroom was perfect for our stay there, with a lovely outdoor shower and access to the quieter pool. I would highly recommend staying here, we just loved it!
