We absolutely love everything about Hyatt Regency in Sanur. All the staff were exceptional, delightful and accommodating. We are very spoilt of choices as there were 7 restaurants to choose from at Hyatt and Andaz. We tried everything and love all of them (delicious cuisine!)! The pool, garden, greenery, music, ambience, nature, beach, local culture... we will definitely be back! Oh yes, not forgetting the luxurious spa, massage and facial. What an absolute divine treatment! 🥰

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, The Alantara Sanur is set in Sanur, 6 km from Serangan Turtle Island. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a fitness centre and a garden. We had an excellent stay! The service was outstanding, with attentive staff from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, and everything was very well maintained. We only stayed two nights as part of our journey, and we really wish we had stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was varied and complete — a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Spent my honeymoon here and it was such an excellent stay. The hotel amenities were top notch, delicious meals and breakfast (my personal fav is Jackfruit Creme Brulee), and free shuttle around Sanur area with the latest 5star EV transport. It’s so close to all the shops that you can walk out to eat, shop and go to the spas… the breakfast was good and they brew fresh coffee each morning. The air con was perfect, cooling and nice. We slept very well

Peaceful, private, extremely comfortable, staff that went the extra mile with everything, massage, had early morning checkout and a parcel was awaiting us at 6am, swimming pool…. Cannot think of anything we did not like!
