This 5-star hotel offers room service and an ATM. The property has a year-round outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna and garden. The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

Breakfast is available, and includes buffet, continental and American options. We were not sure what to expect given the remote location but the hotel turned out to be fantastic! Breakfast was outstanding. Perfect spot to start your orangutan boat tours. It’s a 15 minute drive to the water and the airport. Spa was also superb!

Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

The staff was absolutely amazing even providing a pickup from the airport, the helper with all issues or troubles. The apartment was greatly equipped with everything, even a water filter for drinking water. And close by even has one of the best Ayam Penyet places in KK where even the locals order from 🙏
