Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the rooms were very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you to Adi, who prepared the most perfect candlelight dinner for us. The setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the whole evening felt magical. Adi’s care and attention made it a moment we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Bali, we highly recommend this place — great quality, relaxing atmosphere, and truly kind people.

Neano Escape has a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The area is popular for fishing and cycling, in addition, bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel. On the first place is a great and friendly all staff in Neano escape ! Best people ever that we meet in resorts and hotels. Especially big thanks to driver Bombom who helped us to explore best places in Bali and he speaks English perfect and he is very smart to be future manager. Location of resort is peaceful and pool is very nice with outstanding view. Food is delicious and room is very clean and comfortable.

We booked the highest rate villa and didn’t disappoint. The room was well lighted and ventilated. Immaculate clean bathroom and enticing own private pool. The public pool was also amazing. We also availed the balinese massage with body scrub. Mary, Purnami and Lika were amazing. That was the best massage and spa ever plus its not that expensive compared to the popular ones in Seminyak. A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast is available at the property. We thing about it was great .. the kids and I enjoyed the pool it was mostly worm so they swam even during the evenings. The stag was friendly and the room was clean and safe. We enjoyed that it was a walking distance to everything and at the same time quite and privet !
