As vegans, we were deeply touched that the chef prepared a special vegan menu just for us. Every meal was delicious and carefully made. Highly, highly recommended

(Loved the "Tuk Tuk" ride from the parking area to the hotel, amongst the rice paddies). "Service Recovery" from the day manager was fantastic. After we had an initial issue upon arriving at our room (see below), he tried (multiple times), to compensate us for the situation. Problem was, for him, we do not complain normally. and definitely not to gain "free offers" from hotels, which is therefore why we constantly refused any form of compensation. The upshot of all this was, he and his staff tried to make us feel as welcome as possible. This is 6 STAR service. 10 out of 10, especially for the effort.
