AustraliaThe Hava Ubud provided a magical experience for our anniversary. Firstly, they went above and beyond by upgrading our room and decorating it with beautiful fresh rose petals on the bed and bathtub. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh. All amenities provided plus welcome fruit. The Hava Spa was amazing and highly recommended. Sadly, I did get the famous Bali Belly, and thankfully, the staff provided us with medical assistance. So we will come back to make happier memories in Ubud.

The views from the villa were super good, also the the swimming pool of the hotel had an amazing view where you could see the sunset.
The staff super kind, they were willing to help you with whatever need you had. They were very friendly with us.

The couple who owned the spa looked after us as if we were family. They organised our cars, advised on activities, recommended restaurants (which were excellent and 5 min walk). The breakfast was fantastic. Cooked at what time we wished. We had two massages which were relaxing and very decent price. It was quiet, small and ideal. Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely room was created with an upgraded room which was amazing. Front office staff remembered my name (I wasn’t there for very long either). Very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately it rained a lot so didn’t use the pool but the massages at their day spa were great. Breakfast was simple and fast. As it’s a little out of the heart of Ubud, it was really quiet and relaxing. Would visit again.

The hotel is located in a developing area in Canggu which meant there was a lot of ongoing construction work around the hotel. A 10 min walk away you would reach the main streets which had plenty of shops, restaurants & a few gyms.
The room was very spacious, we had an upper floor room which gave us a balcony to relax on in the evening.
The hotel offers massages and breakfast was included in our stay.

I loved the pool area, relaxing and surrounded by the Frangipani trees and the green.
The bed was very comfortable.
the staff was kind and allowed me to have a shower after the check-out before my flight, and they welcomed me late at night (11) without any issues.
The breakfast was good and abundant, the staff allowed me to eat in the porch.
The Balinese massage in the spa was just what I needed

Bathroom nice and big with bath option and great shower heads.
Large balcony with lovely view.
Staff lovely and spa services were fantastic.
Pool nice size and relaxing. Food was delicious and breakfast buffet was incredible.

Beautiful serene setting. The private villa with infinity pool and outdoor kitchen was fabulous, all overlooking the ocean. Great breakfast. The lovely owner/ host Dian and husband were very helpful.Dian even organised a private yoga session for us.
Also enjoyed several great massages with Julie at the day spa.

Service, staff was mostly kind, breakfast good you can choose from many options. Also, if there is a problem they try to solve it as soon as possible. Pool was really great. Also, it is a spa hotel so you have many massage options “in the house”. Nice balcony

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth from the staff. After leaving another Villa after 3 nights we moved to Montigo quite late at night. The team were prompt and showed genuine empathy with how distraught we were. The bed was comfy, the room was cool, breakfast was included. Got a couples massage at the wellness spa twice! Great location, very central. They had the BEST milkshakes!!! Would recommend and stay here again.

Great location, beautiful staff, lovely breakfast. Good shopping see Lisa or Putu across the road. Nice pool, very relaxing and great menu. Kids said best spaghetti bolognaise in Bali 🤣Aussie bar 2 min walk.
