The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from we are arrive until we are check out. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing, very huge and warm pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of you!

We also availed the balinese massage with body scrub. Mary, Purnami and Lika were amazing. That was the best massage and spa ever plus its not that expensive compared to the popular ones in Seminyak. The booking process was smooth and the staff were very responsive with my queries. Most importantly, they went above and beyond in assisting and accomodating my parents. Kayumas was very welcoming and homey. Though afar, my parents felt safe and well taken care of. To Kayumas staff team, thank you so much to each and everyone of you!
