Its elegant rooms overlook Victoria Harbour from floor-to-ceiling windows. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire property. The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Very impressed with their service !

It has 5 dining destinations including a glamorous rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views. The hotel’s terraces around the arches, an architectural signature of the building also showcase views of the city, Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort. The breakfast selection was delightful. The chef offered to make me gluten free bread without a hesitation - and was wonderful! Staff was wonderful, offering little tricks and tips on everything from getting around the city, to also finding the better price for breakfast.

Each interaction was attentive, and professional, making us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed without feeling the slightest bit outdated. The cleanliness was also impeccable; the room felt pristine and luxurious, providing a true sense of comfort. The hotel also exudes a timeless charm, blending classic elegance with modern touches, and the overall ambiance is simply unmatched. Even without going out, guests will be spoilt for recreational choice with a pampering massage, a heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym. Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. Everything, mostly the very attentive staff. I want to especially thank Helen for all her help during our stay!
