From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive — the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, always with a smile and a willingness to help. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean — offering both comfort and style. We dined at several of the on-site restaurants and were consistently impressed by the quality of the food. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and local touches that made every bite special. The pool area was a particular highlight — serene, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. Although the beach access is relatively small, the snorkeling right off the shore was fantastic. We were lucky enough to spot a large turtle just 50 meters from the beach — a magical moment we won’t soon forget. We also took one of the yacht tours organized by the hotel — an absolute must. The views, the experience, and the overall service on board were simply stunning and added an extra layer of magic to our holiday.

The Bay Hotel & Suites guests can relax by the furnished poolside, or have a drink and watch TV at the lobby lounge. More active guests will find 2 tennis courts on site, as well as hot tub and sauna facilities. With a children’s pool and a kid’s club, younger guests will find plenty to do. We had a nice and very relaxing stay at the Bay hotel this summer and we hope to be back some time soon.

This hotel is an ideal place for families looking for a relaxing stay as well as groups of young people that want to enjoy Tsilivi’s night life. Our all around experience here was excellent. We travelled with a 5-year old and were extremely satisfied with their Kids Club which you book through the hotel app. There are no added fees and can be booked every day minus Sunday from 10-1 pm and 3-6 pm. The layout and design of the rooms and the hotel premises in general is clever and tasteful. The breakfast is plentiful, special kudos to whomever is baking the canelés, cinnamon buns etc. Also, cocktails by the pool are a must! Staff is accommodating and friendly. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, the hotel has plenty of free parking and all the amenities are there (gym, spa, pool bar etc.).

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated in-house. Guests can keep up their exercise routines during yoga and fitness classes. Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the apartment, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. The accommodation is beautiful, easily accessible and well-equipped, the host is extremely kind and helpful, this is also true of the neighbors, we spent a wonderful time here.
