Georgia was very sweet. She came with her car to take us to the hotel, showed us many things on the way and was very helpful about minor issues that arose on the first day.

Probably my most favorite place i ever booked on booking.com the house had everything you could want and so spacious and the view was breathtaking. Way better then staying in town but if your walking it could be a bit far. It had lots of parking space. Comfy bedrooms and the best couch. Great heating for cold days.

Each bright and airy unit consists of a separate bedroom and a lounge area with sofa. The private bathroom is stocked with luxury skin care products. Some suites also offer a spa bath and private sauna. Because of this facility, I feel guilty that there is no rating higher than 10 on booking. Because the rating of 10 that I gave to some of the facilities where I stayed before is small for Panorama Suites & Spa. Let's start with the pictures: when you arrive at the facility, you have the feeling that the pictures on the Booking are fake because live Panorama Suites & Spa looks much, much more beautiful. Everything is beautiful, extremely tidy, clean, spacious, functional. Literally everything. The food is phenomenal. The pool is exceptional. Beach very close. Logging in is fun. By far the strongest impression on me was the staff. Captain George, Eleni and all the staff have being very nice, helpful and they did everything to make us happy and satisfied. You have the feeling that you have come to a friend's house for a party. I would especially like to praise the room service team, Gulja and Tasos. Warm, smiling, funny, helpful and very professional. They greatly improved our stay in this facility

Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, setting a welcoming tone for the rest of my stay. After a smooth check-in process, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff member not only showed me to the room I had initially booked but also presented me with an upgraded room, both with amazing views of the lake. This gesture immediately made me feel valued and special, giving me the choice to pick the room that suited me best. The hotel's cleanliness and location were impressive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, and the breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients. One of the standout features of Pandion was its prime location. Situated in a great area, the hotel allowed easy access to various attractions, adding convenience to the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Pandion for its overall excellence and would definitely return.
