The staff made the resort spectacular. Check in time was at 3 pm, but our flight arrived at 8, and the stopped by hoping to just drop off our luggage so we could tourist about the island, but the staff invited us to an extra day of the fantastic breakfast and rushed to have our room ready around 12. The staff went way above and beyond to take care of us and give a great experience. Especially for the price, I cannot recommend this resort enough. You're getting a 5-star resort for the price of a mediocre hotel.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, the room was spacious and well appointed, the plunge pool was a delight and the breakfast was very fresh, thoughtful and generous. Megalochori village was very charming, lively and full of warm people. The Heart of Santorini is less than 10min walk from the hotel and hands down the best place to catch those gorgeous sunsets.

Incredible view, great location, amazing staff. The place itself is gorgeous, the swimming pool is wow, the food (both breakfast and lunch) is good ...... All in all, nothing negative to report, quite the contrary. All is made easy - from dinner recommendations to scooter and dinner bookings. The front desk lady Maria is very kind and welcoming, and took care of all our dinner reservations and the recommendations were great. Follow her advice. The staff at the pool and breakfast are lovely and very competent.

We were so lucky to stay here. We were looking forward to seeing great and worldwide sunset from the best position and here is the best position! You can see sunset from Oia castle, however, you can dominate the view from here. I would recommend staying here if you want to avoid crowds and dominate the view. The room and in-room pool were clean. There is a large basins in bathroom.
