The food was always very delicious, and breakfast had multiple options. The people were super nice and always worried about every detail.

With a private beach area, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel offers an indoor pool, hot tub, evening entertainment and room service. Buffet was excellent. Lot's of different choices and mixed everyday. Staff in the restaurants and the bars were exceptional. Lots of different areas and bars to eat an drink at and spread out around the complex. George, from guest relations was exceptional to deal with. We had read about him prior to staying but he exceeded our expectations. Whenever he saw us on site he would make it his business to come say hello and check in with us. He also helped us with the bookings of restaurants and a floating breakfast which was brilliant. We travelled at the end of October, and the resort was quiet, I believe the resort would be exceptional at the summer times as the sunset was at 5:30pm whilst we were there. Our trip was intended to be a complete switch off from the world which we did, however I would like to visit this hotel again as it has so much to offer with regards entertainment/activities/things to do.
