The atmosphere is calm and tasteful, perfect for relaxing. There were several delightful surprises such as a good bottle of local wine and beer in the fridge, which added a generous and hospitable touch. In my opinion, the location is also ideal - the property sits between what I consider to be the two best beaches on Kefalonia - Skala and Kaminia. The town of Skala is just one minute drive away and offers a great variety of shops and restaurants. At the same time the apartment is set slightly apart from the touristy area, in a peaceful and quiet spot.

Sandra was an excellent host and helped us with many local recommendations. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Situated in Minia and only 2.1 km from Minies Beach, Villa Elpida at Minies features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property was built in 2018 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Super easy to get into when we arrived, and it was nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for all us, including beach towels. The washer was nice to have and pool was perfect to have during the heat wave.
