There was a mix up with the booking system regarding our arrival date, for which they had to put us in a dif hotel for 1 night. In return they upgraded us to a wet room and covered all of our drinks. I was extremely surprised at the level of care for the issue and cannot thank the manager Katerina and her team for treating us like they did. Thank you so much for making this birthday holiday so pleasant and special. The half board option was amazing, various food choices everyday. The traditional greak burger and chicken souvlaki were excellent.

This hotel truly outshines many of the other hotels I have stayed at in the region. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is outstanding and the appointment of the rooms is truly exceptional. I definitely will be returning on my next trip to Crete.

Close to some great restaurants and the buzzing city center. The interieur and rooms are fresh and modern. Great architecture and interieur design/furniture overall. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and fresh products. You can enjoy this indoor or outdoor on the lovely courtyard. Pictures on booking for the rooms are 100% correct. We had a room with a great view on the church with a spacious balcony. Great bed (firm), shower, etc. Best of all was the staff. Katarina and the other team members were very helpful and hospitable! Great cocktails by the way.
