I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from a junior suite to a luxurious room with a private pool. It truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could wish for, making it a perfect place to unwind and relax. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service from the staff. Mr. Kostas, Nikolina, and Danai were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. Their genuine hospitality really made me feel at home. The food we ordered was also fantastic—the Greek pizza we had was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors.

Without a doubt, the best option for spending the night. The room is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need to relax. It also has a good location.

The property is around 2.9 km from Exo Gialos Beach, 11 km from Santorini Port and 12 km from Ancient Thera. The hotel has a hot tub, room service and free WiFi. Beautiful property and excellent service. We had a wonderful experience. Dior was super helpful and welcoming. Hina also assisted us well during our stay and Zaheer helped us with our heavy luggages and transfers to and from the hotel to the airport. Great staff, location close to the centre of Fira plus very comfortable bed and facilities. I will stay here again and will not hesitate to recommend.

They had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that the hotel was even nicer in person than it appeared in the pictures. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance of the hotel were truly impressive. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I also had the opportunity to try the room service menu, and I must say, the food was delicious. They had a great selection of tasty dishes, and the cocktails and drinks were also top-notch. The staff at the beach bar were quick to take orders and provided excellent service. And let's not forget about the breakfast buffet. There were so many choices that it was almost overwhelming. From savory to sweet, healthy to indulgent, there was something for everyone. It was a breakfast paradise. I would like to give a special thanks to Kristine, the hotel receptionist, and Christos, the room divisions manager. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. Overall, my experience at Nautilux Hotel was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back next year. Facing the beachfront, Hyperion City Hotel & Spa offers 4-star accommodation in Chania Town and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and shared lounge. Boasting a bar, the hotel is close to several noted attractions, around 300 metres from Koum Kapi Beach, less than 1 km from Saint Anargyri Church and a 16-minute walk from Archaeological Museum of Chania. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

The hotel/restaurant staff are very friendly and very helpful. I am very touched by their kindness, support and hospitality. We will definitely return to Rhodes to have this amazing experience one more time.

Everything was just perfect from the moment we got in! Amazing staff, super clean, and awesome views from the room. Breakfast and dinner are served in the room (if preferred) or you can eat in the restaurant. There’s a nice small gym and spa you can use. The location was also very good, 10 minutes drive from the Municipal Parking in the center. On top of it all, the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was tasty and different every day. The rooms were clean, and cleaning was done every day. The beach area is also very aesthetic, the sea is clean, and the views are absolutely amazing. In the evenings, there is live music or a DJ. Special thanks to Vasilis — he was very helpful and answered all our questions. I truly recommend this hotel. If someone asks me where to stay on Zakynthos — I would definitely say this hotel.
