Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. Everything was amazing! We even got a free room upgrade to a suite! The staff was super friendly, the room was huge, the breakfast was endless, and everything was fantastic. And above all, the price wasn't a 5-star hotel price AT ALL! Highly recommended, and for sure, I will have to return when visiting Ioannina again. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing stay!

You can play billiards, table tennis and darts at the resort, and the area is popular for hiking and snorkelling. Everything :) Location is perfect, view from the balcon, rooms are big and very comfortable. Food in the restorant was great,variety of different meals. Beach is wonderfull,good organized.
