The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. I liked everything about this hotel, from the varied and delicious breakfast to the kind and helpful staff at the desk. Everywhere smelled amazing. An easy walk to the old town. Lovely traditional Cretan bakery a few metres away and a well-stocked supermarket up the road. Shower pressure was incredible!

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. At Enorme Santanna Beach you will find a restaurant serving Greek, Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. very nice dining room, staff is verry kind . food was good.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. We had an amazing stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and well equipped. The staff are amazing and extremely hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The spacious and bright rooms at Stella Village feature a furnished balcony overlooking the gardens. Each comes with a satellite TV, fridge and air conditioning.

Wellness options include water aerobics sessions, a football pitch and beach volleyball facilities. Younger guests can have fun at the 3 children’s pool, at the playground or participate in the games that the animation team organizes. There is so much to say about this hotel. To start we travelled as a couple and even though it is mainly a family-oriented hotel, it worked perfectly for us! Let’s go in depth for the ones that want to read: FACILITIES: The room we got was fantastic, double room with a balcony and separate toilet and shower. Mini fridge with new beverages almost every day was a nice touch. The pools scattered around the hotel were good, there were separate pools for Stella Village and Stella Palace. One Village pool was separated from the more children-focused ones and was great for us. The bars around were easy to find and use and the drinks and snacks were solid. Restaurants were clean although the main one had seating inside only which made it loud and not too comfortable. The waterpark was also very good, but maybe more for the children (we enjoyed it too :) ) COMFORT Beds and pillows were great, so were the sunbeds, both at the pools and by the beach, which also was a 2 minute walk from our room! LOCATION The hotel is right by the sea, and the beach is more than enough. Nearby is Analipsi, a town with many restaurants that held a super high standard with extremely good service. The service everywhere was really great! Supermarkets are nearby and souvenir shops too. Buses can be found close and the closest car rental was next door, can be recommended since we used it to rent a car for 2 days (50€/day) cheapest was 40€/day. CLEANLINESS The rooms were cleaned daily, the pools were also very clean and so were the restaurants. You could get new towels daily so to stay clean wasn’t a problem at all. VALUE FOR MONEY We booked quite far in advance and paid a good price for 8 nights. All in all I don’t think you could go wrong with the price we paid, the location and the experience we got! STAFF Unreal. 10/10! We first got a room on the ground floor which we thought was a bit unfortunate.

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. We could not fault the hotel The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and the hotel was very clean.
