Excellent lunch, wonderful service both at the restaurant, with the courteous assistants, and top compliments and grades to our concierge who kindly always went the extra mile to help in organizing our time in Tbilisi--including getting hard to find, last minute tickets to a memorable and famous puppet show and constantly making sure the venues we booked were actually open, and warning us promptly in case they weren't. So: noticeable extra care towards the patrons and guests on the hotel. Impressive. The location was marvellous, we loved the neighborhood, the little cafès like Entree, and the view from the top suite was idyllic. The atmosphere of the hotels was elegant and well curated, in its vintage allure, with touches of great taste in the decor and furniture.

The hotel felt luxurious, the value for money is exceptional. The interiors are very beautiful and modern, the breakfast had a large selection of delicious foods, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. In the room we had free teas, not just the usual sorts but very fine blends, and free daily chocolates. The hotel is located in a very nice part of the city, very central with easy access to most attractions, as well as restaurants and shops.
