Such a stunning hotel the photos don't do it justice! Everything was top notch, in particular the staff who were super attentive and responsive. The breakfast was out of this world. The location was also excellent, tucked away, but so close to some amazing restaurants, bars etc. Other parts of the city we wanted to visit were only a short taxi/metro ride away

Probably one of the best appartements in Tiblisi. The house is newly renovated with very much love for the detail. The appartement I lived in is equiped with a litltle kitchen. The small bathroom is new and has an amazing shower. Very comfortable Bed. The best thing is the balcony with an stunning view all over the city. Best place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Contact with the helpfull Mr. C. was very easy. I enjoyed may time and I defenitly will book again!

The hotel felt luxurious, the value for money is exceptional. The interiors are very beautiful and modern, the breakfast had a large selection of delicious foods, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. In the room we had free teas, not just the usual sorts but very fine blends, and free daily chocolates. The hotel is located in a very nice part of the city, very central with easy access to most attractions, as well as restaurants and shops.

Absolutely amazing hotel located on a small side street (so it's very quiet at night) a few minutes from the metro station and just next to the large street with lots of cafes, bars and other places to eat, shop and just see. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, Nini from the breakfast room has a special place in our hearts! I stayed with my 8-year-old son and we both enjoyed it so much we booked another weekend. Loved the 2nd floor a bit more than the 3rd but they are both very well equipped and super-comfy. Breakfast variety is very good with lots of vegetables, options for kids etc.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean. Staff and the owner try their best to help in all the possible ways. The breakfast was super great. The location is also great, everything is easily reachable. There is a very beautiful park nearby (vake park), within 5 minutes of walking distance. Having the breakfast in the common terrace (3rd floor) is also a plus.
