This is a Very comfortable house provided by lovely hosts. Tamaz an Mtvarisa are always ready to help you and give advices about local tourist directions. Rooms and Kitchen are super clean. The hotel is in a beautiful spot on the edge of the plain between lesser Caucasus and Kutaisi, with woodlands and the farmland of the property surrounding you. In the morning - admittedly it was a crystal clear day - the view across the whole of Western Georgia to the snow covered peaks of the great Caucasus was incredible. The restaurant area is very well done - nice decor and comfortable with a variety of nooks and crannies to sit. The food is pretty good as is the estate wine. Not the cheapest, but very good service. Rooms - ours was a family cabin overlooking the vines - are large, clean and with wonderful views. It was too cold for the swimming pool but it looks like a lovely place to spend a few hours.

Spacious and clean room with a balcony, very helpful staff and good food (dinner and breakfast). We used the Turkish sauna, could not make the other one work. The pool seemed decent too but we didn't use it.

The breakfast buffet was great with a plentiful choice for all types and tastes. The rooms were as we expected, with a soviet era vibe, clean and had what we needed. The pool area was very good. The grounds are interesting and mysterious. The lady at reception was lovely when we arrived and very helpful.

Host is amazing, friendly and helpful, house is clean, and looks even better then in pictures. I highly recommend this host.

Location for cave and parks, abandoned Soviet buildings(do walk up to them, the dogs are friendly esp if you bribe them with treats and the empty buildings are cool), pool is lovely, breakfast is usual but satisfactory
