It was thoroughly cleaned every day, new bottles of water put by the bed, tea/coffee and biscuits replenished, new cups put out etc. We were really impressed with the service!

Step back in time at New Hall Hotel & Spa, an 800-year-old manor house hotel offering a luxurious escape near Birmingham. The service from Kris and Sharon was impeccable and made us feel comfortable. Also the breakfast was great.

The Belfry Hotel & Resort boasts 468 bedrooms and suites, 2 restaurants and 2 bars, 22 conference and event suites, a state-of-the-art leisure club and a luxury spa, PGA golf academy, onsite golf shop... The staff, especially Dawn at the reception and Sally in the Spa were super helpful. The whole experience was perfect and I will be coming back soon.
