For me the stand out thing through was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (I'm sorry not to remember everyone's names, but huge thanks to the lovely Ronojoy and Charlotte, the restaurant, bar and breakfast staff). I was with my elderly parents both of whom have a disability and the staff really went above and beyond to help and be kind, I am more grateful than I can say. The staff were truly outstanding and it made our holiday. Other big positives were: the convenience of the bar restaurant, and the food was really excellent both there and at breakfast, everything was delicious and there was a great range of options; our rooms all had wonderful sea views of the bay and Elizabeth castle; my parents used the spa and loved it; rooms had lots of storage space, nice toiletries in the bathrooms and comfy beds.

The accommodation offers an à la carte or continental breakfast. Such a special place, located on a scenic small harbor right under a medieval castle. The charming owners could not be more warm and welcoming, and the staff all seem to make an extra effort to give personal attention to guests’ needs. (Thank you Nina for ensuring we had a great visit!) The room is tastefully appointed, bedding is very comfortable and robes are provided. The included breakfast is incredible and we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. Savoring a drink in the sun on the patio at the end of a day of sightseeing is a great way to relax. We hope to return.

The Royal Jersey Golf Club is just 2 miles away. Free parking is available, and St Helier's city centre with marina, shopping, bars and restaurants is within a 5 minute drive. The hotel stands in its own grounds and has a good size pool and area for lounging on a warm sunny day. The room was spacious, well appointed, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble, they project a happy, efficient team whilst retaining a high degree of professionalism.

On the sea front, overlooking an idyllic beach and set within 5 acres of award-winning gardens, this luxuriously refurbished, 19th-century Jersey hotel offers fantastic sea views, a restaurant, and a tennis court.

A fitness centre is also available on-site. Great location on beautiful beach. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast and evening meals. Some good restaurants nearby as well. There was a problem with suite we'd booked but they moved us immediately. Spacious suite with balcony and great view of beach. Close to airport and had chargers for ev hire car - although we didn't actually need to charge it.

The adult-only Spa Sirene provides therapies and treatments using Phytomer products. With a relaxing sauna, aromatherapy room and spa bath, there is also a state-of-the-art gym. The hotel’s large Ayush Wellness Spa offers swimming pools, a sauna, steam room, and 6 treatment rooms. It also features an extensive fitness centre. The restaurant is phenomenal. Fresh ingredients and unexpected dishes. An innovative menu compared to a lot of the hotels in Jersey. We truly enjoyed the lunch selection and that it was open throughout the day. The spa is simply the best in Jersey. As soon as I walk through the spa doors, I feel lighter.

This hotel is centrally located in St Helier, with a Michelin-Starred restaurant, a luxury spa with indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a roof terrace and free parking. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities supplied. We love the breakfast here, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.
