Set in a magnificent building, the hotel has scenic views and elegant rooms. We like the hotel, good to stay and see the old course though we did not play. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Good view from fourth floor dining area.

Huge, spacious, extremely comfortable and well-located. Master bedroom and en-suite and dressing room were gorgeous. Photos and descriptions were totally accurate. Fantastic kitchen. Easy parking and walk into town. Spa facilities were excellent. Very high standard of all the amenities. Perfect for a multi-generational family event or for 4 couples. Lots of attention to detail, even a stocked drinks cabinet! Expensive, but worth it.

The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms with a bath. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. There was nothing about this property we didn't like! The apartment itself was really pretty, lots of lovely touches. Clean as a whistle, facilities second to none. Added touches - tablet, fudge, biscuits, a can of gin/tonic and a can of beer all in the kitchen next to a Welcome sign. Milk in the fridge, teas, coffee etc. Much more than expected. The beds were so comfortable, bedding pristine. In the bathroom again little extra touches - face wipes, little heart shaped face sponges. On the bedside cabinet a bottle for drinking water. The location was perfect - 10 mins tops walk into Market Street. I could go on and on but suffice to say we could not have been happier - thank you Sheena, keep doing what you're doing. We will be back.

The resort has 2 world-famous golf courses. It also features a spa with a modern gym, a 16-metre swimming pool, a steam room, sauna and a hot tub. Beautiful location, clean, well equipped and a little bit of luxury for our honeymoon. We were greeted at the door by a wonderful concierge team member and checked in by a lovely team member, both made our trip extra special. Had meals in the club house and Italian restaurant and both were exceptional so no need to go into town, although they do provide an hourly shuttle if you want to venture out. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

The Brasserie offers fresh Scottish cuisine, and looks out over the gardens. A full cooked Scottish breakfast is on the breakfast menu in the Brasserie. Everything was great. Staff absolutely professional. Dinner at the restaurant so so great. Thank you so much

Breakfast was yummy and the place is lovely. Easy parking which is always a plus! Rooms were a good size, we were able to fit a travel cot in with no worries!
