The hotel shuttle bus is so convenient and a fantastic service in the morning. The breakfast is also superb and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The ski slopes in the area are magical, we couldn’t recommend this area and hotel more.

The owner was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are completely updated and renovated but keep the charm of the 14th century castle so its a very unique place to stay. The breakfast was wonderful as well.

The only one minor thing is when we arrived the floor was quite dirty and there was no toilet papers in all the bathroom, we walked with bare foot and our feet are all full of dirt after.
