Being able to bring our dog was amazing. The people who work here really love dogs too. She was treated so well. We were able to bring her to the bar which was perfect. Breakfast was delicious too. Absolutely recommend and we didn't see anyone else with a dog in case anyone reading this is thinking it's awash with dogs. The nicest genuinely caring staff. Thanks so much.

It offers free WiFi and a 24-hour honesty bar. everyone working at the hotel was wonderful. never impatient with a barrage of questions. breakfast was tasty. hot things were hot and cold things were cold - good

Everything at the Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They spoke very good English and they couldn't have done any more for us. The Hotel is fabulous which includes a lovely outdoor swimming pool, spa facilities and fitness center. The breakfast at the Hotel was also top class with plenty of variety and selection to choose from. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Bilbao to choose this hotel to stay in. You certainly will not be disappointed. It is in a fantastic location as well very near to the city center of Bilbao. 10/10 for this Hotel. We will definitely be back.
