Kids pool is very nice, kids loved it and also very convenient sunbed area for the parents to be there and keep an eye on them. The ocean view is really nice, both from the room balcony and by the pools. Food was great and there was lots of choices. Personnel was very friendly and polite.

The Hotel itself is also unique: lot of details to everything (spectacular views, reception,bar,lounge area,swimming pools and it's located in very quite street) Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. 10/10 for everything!!

The hotel offers a gym and the Spa Sensations offers a spa circuit and health and beauty treatments. ALL! We had breakfast and dinner: lot of variety, fresh and tastfull. Room and pool clean and well organised. One of us uses wheelchair, we didn't have any problem. Everyone was very helpfull, so we could have nice holidays. Gentle and friendly staff with respect of privacy.

I loved the size it is very convenient to the beach and Siam Park (5 min drive and there is a shuttle). The resort is centrally located around the pool and restaurant. There are fun activities throughout the day. We were able to relax at the pool and enjoy. The staff is so nice and friendly to your children. The activities coordinator is so sweet and enthusiastic at all events. We really enjoyed her. The fresh fruit and vegetables are amazing and the themed dinners are great. The nightly entertainment is fun for the family.

The two-bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The entire hotel complex is breathtaking – elegant, perfectly maintained, and with a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, rich, and something we looked forward to every day. The views of the ocean from both the pool and the apartment were magical and never stopped amazing us. We loved the comfortable loungers by the pool and the fantastic option to order lunch and delicious drinks right to our spot. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and attentive – both at the reception and in the restaurant, they took care of us with genuine warmth. This was a dream holiday, and we will definitely come back again!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the allergy-free apartment features spa facilities. Can't recommend this place enough. The apartment is lovely, has everything you might possibly need, a fully stacked kitchen if you want to cook, a washing machine to wash your clothes and most importantly parking and access to several pools. The location is also excelent, it's very quiet and secure, yet very close to bars, stores and the beach. Would like to thank Olga who was super nice and helpful, even let us stay a bit longer on our last day since we had an evening flight.

Children will enjoy the aquatic park, which includes a surf pool. Guests will find sun loungers service. The hotel is perfectly located in Costa Adeje close to the beach and great restaurants. Everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay and took care of eveything we needed. The room and all the amenities are excellent and very suitable for families with children of all ages. The breakfast and dinner were also very good, good verity of all kinds of flavours and everything fresh and delicious.
