We were greeted by one of the nicest receptionist, Rebecca. She made us feel so welcome. She gave us all the information we needed. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The room and bathroom were very big and comfortable and immaculately clean. Parking in the hotel was convenient. The hotel was walking distance to everything we needed.

Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma occupies a Renaissance building that was formerly a university. It has a luxurious spa and there is free WiFi in all rooms.

Looooove the hotel. I have visited it twice and would love to start all my vacations with 2 nights at Burgo de Osma.

The location (a historic village with restored houses) is very beautiful, very nicely located in the hills. The room is large and very comfortable , the breakfast is superior, and served as a dinner!

FANTASTIC Hotel. I fell in love with it. The bedrooms were large and roomy and bed was brilliant, super comfy and huge. They have a lovely "lounge" upstairs with a fabulous seating area and kitchen that everyone can use, together with an honesty bar. It was like home from home. It was beautifully designed and decorated, we loved it. The restaurant and food were good and the parking was excellent. It is run by a family and you can see they have put their heart and soul into it. Laurina and her Mum were such great hosts. We were also lucky that they had a festival while we were staying and got to join in with the locals. The countryside is stunning and we will be going back!
