Dating from 1922, Hotel Rural Duende Del Chafaril is a beautiful hotel set in San Martin de Trevejo. It features a spa, sauna, seasonal outdoor pool, a restaurant and garden.

The spa includes a thermal bath, an ice fountain, sensation showers and a hot tub and it can be used for a surcharge. Hotel is beautiful and a lovely location. Room was very basic, no phone to ring reception, no glasses for the number of people in the room, no teas or coffee offering in the room. The spa facilities are poor, the only good thing was the jacuzzi. Steam room was cold, tile were freezing so you could not seat there. Ice fountain did not have the usual ice, so they just put ice cube manually there per session. Overall I found this hotel expensive for what they offer
