However after that Mr. Mahmood showed up and showed superior customer service which we really admired. The facility is great and very clean. Lots of swimming pools and great private beach. The facility provides great privacy and good spot for couples, elderly and families with kids. Breakfast is great and special thanks to Mr. Hoss who goes around every table making sure guests needs are met.

Originally, this hotel mainly caters to Italian group customers. My friend and I came here by mistake and became the only Asian faces in it. But what I didn't expect was that everyone was very warm and friendly to me. There was a waiter named “Mina “,who would greet me enthusiastically every time he saw me. In addition, because I had a problem with my car booking, I asked the hotel front desk if they could help me charter a car to the airport. The hotel front desk said that they did not have this service, but later, a staff member named “Peter” (working in a beauty bar) helped me solve the problem, introduced me to the taxi app, and helped me register. Because of him, I successfully called a car to the airport. Afterwards, I wanted to pay him a tip to express my gratitude, but he refused my tip and told me that we are friends and we are all a family. This touched me very much. In addition to the friendly staff, the food here is delicious every day, with many choices, which makes me look forward to dinner every day. In addition, the coast here is the most beautiful in the area, and because it is private, it is very clean and quiet. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth it!
