The room was big and stylish, with so cool views. All team of hotel was like a family, with best level of hospitality and all time ready to help. territory of resort green, absolutely clean, and smart organized. Few swimming pools was clean every morning and it was just enjoying to be there. beach and sea amazing beautiful. the home reef 🪸 - it is even better, than you can imagine and for snorkeling and for swimming. about 5 restaurants of this resort - I must to write another post. perfect quality of food (and if you remember, it’s in Egypt), lot of variations every day, fresh and delicious 😋 and if you see “all inclusive” in this hotel it’s really inclusive ALL: good quality of fantastic cocktails, best coffee, lot of food - fresh grilled salmon, risotto with lobsters, beef Wellington, unreal fresh homemade bread, fresh mango juices…. and last thing, what made my holiday idealistic- SPA! if you can imagine, best massages from really good qualified people, with natural handmade cosmetic and full of care about your mind and body. I’m actually a big fan of SPA, and have a lot of experience in this topic, but it was one of the best, what I ever tried! 🫶 Ireally full in love with this cozy high level place ❤️

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff specially Adel in the restaurant & Mahmoud in the reception who gave us a fantastic introduction to the place facilities. Beach was clean with smooth & instant services. Room view was lovely!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pickalbatros Vita Resort - Portofino Marsa Alam. The hotel facilities were spacious, very clean, and pleasant. I want to mention that the staff was always friendly and attentive. Our guide, Mustafa Bey, was especially helpful and helpful. He was very friendly and helpful. I want to thank him very much. Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

The food was tasty, and there is a variety in the meals. The rooms are clean . Hygiene in all places in the hotel. The animation team is friendly and did their best to help guests. All of the waiters are super in serving the guests

Facing the beachfront, JAZ Elite Maraya offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else
