Room was spacious, stylishly fitted, and I was privileged with an astonishing view overlooking greenery, pool and the sea ... He is a true professional in business development and client relations. The hospitality at this hotel made me fall in love with Egypt all over again. The staff is attentive to every detail, and they made my birthday unforgettable. It's also a great hotel for children, with a beautiful lagoon in the sea and an aquapark. A big thank you to the animators – very well done and diverse. There's something for everyone. The cocktails and coffee were also of excellent quality, especially for Egypt. I will definitely be coming back, possibly even this year.

Dairy-free, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. Beautiful resort, super clean. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and so helpful. Great selection of food at the buffet. All other food in the Al Acart restaurants was excellent. The team at the dive center were so friendly and helpful.

I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit

The hotel is amazing from all aspects, staff are helpful beyond measures, even the room service guy, Awad, he made sure we aren't missing anything. The food was very good, everything was tasty and brilliant. Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast is available, and includes buffet, continental and Full English/Irish options. We had really good time in Sea World Resort. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Staff was very nice and smiled all the time. We also appreciate nice surprices from the hotel and late check out because our flight departed next day early morning . I have to highlight Marzena, she cared if everything is ok or can help us with something all the time.
