The venue is designed in a very easily accessible way. The pool, the variety of restaurants and the room service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly is the amazing sense of humor and the attitude of the staff. Viola, kirollos, Amr, Mohamad are some of the names I remember who helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

JAZ Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and... long and tiring journey, and upon our arrival at the hotel, we were received by a nice person with a wonderful smile and respectful treatment. Very helpful/kind resepstionists, who made sure we got separate bed as we asked for, (this was not easy to find other places in Cairo). Even got a free upgrade with good view and welcome snacks/fruits. The rooms are very clean.

Fabulous new property with very attentive and customer oriented staff. The rooms were spacious, huge breakfast spread and a range of facilities including a gym, a spa and sports fields. Huge outdoor pool and indoor one too for the winter season and an artificial beach. Great Italian restaurant also on location. So an excellent place to spend a few days just relaxing. And their butler service is exceptional. Moheb from their butler service was very attentive and did many special touches to make our stay even more perfect.
