JAZ Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and... The hotel is big but a bit old compared to the rest of the Jazz group but the food quality is good and the staff are good and helpful especially Mohamed Aboutrika who helped us and ordered an Uber taxi to take us to the airport and checked on us until we left.

Everything was amazing from start to finish — modern, spotless, and excellent value for money. A special mention for Omar, who manages the reception: he handled everything for us remotely through WhatsApp — from taxis and activities to every little request we had. He was available 24/7, extremely professional, and incredibly responsive. Thank you, Omar, for making everything so easy and enjoyable! Also, a big thank you to Ismaïl from the restaurant. He was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, giving us great tips about local places to visit. The breakfast included was excellent, and his service made every morning a pleasure. I truly recommend this hotel — go there with your eyes closed. You’ll love it as much as we did!
