A special shoutout to Mareena, the restaurant staff member, who went above and beyond to look after my niece. She made sure my niece was entertained and well cared for daily, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank Rukiya and the other gentleman (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) for their exceptional housekeeping service. Our room was always spotless, and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Last but certainly not least, Rawan was an absolute gem. She assisted my family and me with everything, from checking in to arranging for us to stay in the same villa. Her kindness and efficiency made our stay so much more memorable.
