Because the place takes place in the lower dam you need to reach there by taxi and take the hotel’s boat waiting in the dock, but it’s worth the distance. I’d highly recommend, do not hesitate.

Best staff I have ever met and because of them the experience was amazing at Zen wellness. The place was very relaxing, calm and peaceful. A day before we arrived at Zen wellness, one of the receptionist, Dina Hassan, messaged me, introduced herself and said that she will be in contact with me until We arrive safely and if I need any help to just ask. She was sooo sweet, kind, very helpful, her responses were very quick and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, I would message her at anytime of the day and she would reply very quickly, She felt like a sister. Dina also gave us a list of recommendations of places to visit in Aswan which was super helpful. She made our stay 100 times better. we were was really sad to leave and would definitely stay again.
