Thanks a lot for every one that makes our holiday very nice. Starting from Mr. Mina Mamdouh, Mr. Ahmed Barakat, Sayed Nageh in Reception as they are too friendly, hospitalizing us, taking care of all details espesially for my old mother and respond spontenously and positively to all requests. Also the room is too big and well furnatured as well house keeping is active. Mr. Omar and Mohammed Gad from golf car and shuttle bus really appreciate thier efforts and smily faces all the time. Beach is clean and too long and zupport a lot of activities. Food is tasty in resturants as well you get a good varities of oriantal and weastern food. Animation is very good as well creative. Fully recommend Portfino and will repeat my visit soon.

My visit to the Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort - Hurghada left the fondest and most memorable memories. From the moment I arrived until checkout, I felt the incredible care and professionalism of the staff. I especially appreciate their attention to detail: every request was answered promptly and with a smile. The UAI system is a true gastronomic paradise! Food was available 24/7, which was incredibly convenient. The buffet was amazingly diverse—new dishes every day, including sections of local, Asian, and European cuisine. Special thanks for the fresh fruit and desserts! This is one of those rare cases where reality is much better than the photos. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

First of all i like the style of the resort it’s spacial and beautiful in all the details from the lobby to the rooms. Also , the food was very delicious and i like the way that I chose from the menu. The service is fast and the staff very kind. There’s nothing to complain of, I’m very happy of this visit and i will return to it again in the future.

very clean place, new and unique the beach is clean and near all the room , 3 very large and warm pools the staff is the one thing that i like the most all off them make you feel like home I highly highly recommend this resort for everyone i booked the Royal suite and it worth every penny thanks mr. Ahmed essa the reception manger and mohammed -Obama - ( the asian restaurant manger) for your kind welcoming the food was magnificent and very delicious in all the restaurant that we tried

People: Very helpful. I had lactose intolerance so I received special care which is not common in other 5* hotels 👍 What is important, I felt pleased not pushed by staff attitude. Food: Excellent - many restaurants also possibility to use restaurants from other close hotels in case of interest. Bars available - easy access to waters/drinks/snack(e.g bruschetta). Rooms: Very clean. We had junior suite/recommend/ with nice extra living room and big balcony with part covered for shadow. Other: As I am active I liked possibility to run/walk through other hotels + well equipped gym with nice views of the bay.
