This is a top quality hotel with a small hotel feel. I loved the service and restaurant. Location is perfect right in the middle of the old town and perfect for the Viljandi Folk Festival event.

What a sweet place this was! This house has four guest apartments that are located in different floors and sides of the building - two apartments open to the pool (like this apartment), one to the street and one to the other side of the building. During our stay the other guests were families. This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so the entrance starts with stairs. Rooms are smallish but smartly furnished and have plenty of room on the floor. 3rd floor bedroom has a bit lower ceiling and is perfect for children. Everything in the kitchen worked the way it had to, no surprises. The apartment looked really cosy and full of light. The biggest plus is pool. Water was clean and it had no closed-after-10pm-policy. Just keep quiet after 11:00 pm. This house has central location - train station about 1.5 km, nearest shop 0.6 km, nearest cafe 0.2 km, Viljandi castle park around the corner, beach just down the hill.
