The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

A daily breakfast is offered, along with tour desk. The location is wonderful, right next to the local waterfall. And we happened to catch a national band concert in the park for some awesome cumbia tunes. Walking distance to the enchanted forest. $1 cab ride or walk to downtown to the tour guide spots. Plenty of good restaurants next to the hotel. Rooftop patio was a nice extra touch. Breakfast was good. Wifi good. I liked it a lot,

The walk to the property is very easy, a little uphill.

We loved our stay at this stunning and creatively designed hotel. Every corner was full of artistic charm, and the atmosphere was truly inspiring. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.
