Everything, mainly the staff, all people are so kind and friendly, like the manager lady that have welcomed us , the barman Daniel and all !
Great room, breakfast, in front of the beach, WiFi, bed linen, towels, everything, water and tea facilities for free.
Walking distance to Concha de Perla and pier beach.
Very good food at the dinner at fairly priced, much better than the city.

The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. The location was great for excursions to other islands and day trips. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel provided us with box breakfasts on the days we had to leave early and a good breakfast on the days we could stay. Rooms were big and comfortable and generally quiet at night.

I liked everything! Flor is such a friendly person that makes you feel at home instantly. She offered me to join for breakfast, lunch and dinner, where she did so delicious food. She also helped me with the laundry. I met her family and friends and was invited to a birthday celebration. Also, I did a trip around the island with one of her friends. I highly recommend staying at Flor’s House. It made my trip to Galapagos unforgettable!

Comfortable hotel right on the beach with a friendly but assertive owner. We could see penguins and sea lions from the beach and great for swimming with littler kids. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked well. Great bar selection was well. Good deal.
Beautiful, extensive property near the highlands of Santa Cruz. The villas are extremely comfortable and spacious. We were upgraded to stay in a two bedroom villa and it was pure luxury. Beautiful view over the vegetation down to the ocean. Bonus was the massive lava tunnel on the property.
Beautiful property beachfront with really helpful and friendly staff. The spa was really nice and breakfast was delicious. The boat tours were both really nice (we did the South Plaza and Bartolome). I wish I knew about the tours as soon as I did the hotel booking as some of the tours were fully booked and with guests from other hotels.
