They were very welcoming and professional. Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.

Our room was perfect for three people - large and comfortable: it was really warm at night as no AC but we were there in a heatwave. Parking for around 10 cars and plenty of roadside parking. Everyone was really friendly at the hotel and the breakfast was excellent with tables outside overlooking woodland. would definitely recommend this hotel - thank you for a great stay.
