The accommodation offers a buffet or American breakfast. The quality of service, very nice and helpful staff, the room was beautiful with a lot of details and excellent design. The most comfortable bed I ever had, it was like sleeping on a cloud 😃

From entrance and help of the bell, to the morning greetings of the restaurant seeter - staff is above expected friendly, true and honest. Help is everywhere and service is top of the class. We went out one night for dinner and as we came home with our 4 year old, need and curtains was done to tug him in. Both kids 4 and 10 can be a bit noisy and yet they were welcomed and supported with pencil and drawings and a friendly tone. Very very recommendable.

The hotel experience was fantastic since the start. I've reached out to let them know that our flights was earlier than expected - the room was not only ready at 12 noon, but we also got a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. The morning of my wife birthday, while I did not ask for anything nor said anything, the staff brough to our table at the breakfast room a cake with a candle, 2 glasses of prosecco while singing happy birthday! It was the least unexpected and it show the attention to details that all the hotel staff had during our stay! Every some little gift was left in our room and are those little things that makes all the difference. Location wise it was perfectly located minutes away from both Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square. We used the SPA the last day, and we regret that we didn't every day! It is small, but lovely decorated, with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. If back in Prague we would certainly go back at The Mark.
