The breakfast buffet was delicious, lots of choices and lots of Cypriot delicacies as well. The rooms need a little bit renovation but as it is off season this is to be expected and I am sure it will be sorted by the start of the season. The steam room and sauna was not working. Also I was told the indoor pool was heated but it was not. But overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms looking towards the sea has wonderful view of Limassol. The location of the hotel is just outside of Limassol so it can be walked but not with a child. 10 mins with a car ride to the Limassol Old town.

We are so grateful to the general manager, who met our request beyond our expectations, celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. The staff were friendly and professional. The junior suite was exceptional, with our own private pool with direct access to the stunning grounds, pools, spa, and beach. The room was spotless with all the modern features and very spacious. Fabulous breakfast with a lot of options. The hotel is walking distance from amenities. My adult kids and I had a truly memorable time. Will definitely be returning, I highly recommend this hotel.

This luxury hotel is located on the beachfront of Limassol Town in Cyprus, just 5 km from the archaeological site of Amathus. Well known for its excellent cuisine, it also has 2 floodlit tennis courts and a sauna. Rooms have balconies with views of the Troodos Mountains or the Mediterranean Sea. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the room and the beach. The pool-area was also excellent. The staff was outstanding in every respect.

The view from the room was great. The furniture is of a high quality. Overall it was a good experience. I have also enjoyed the breakfast, its variety and the overall quality of the ingredients.

Paphos International Airport is 66 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. I stayed at Livadia Hotel Cyprus for one night and had a great experience. The place was clean, cozy, and peaceful, but what really stood out was the owner! Incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made me feel at home right away and was happy to help with anything I needed. A lovely stay overall — would happily come back!
