We really enjoyed our stay at the Ecohotel Alma We can look back on a fantastic time in the beautiful “Alma Resort” with its beautifully landscaped garden and a wonderful family who gave us a warm welcome and made our stay a wonderful experience. -Very friendly and attentive staff -we had a spacious 2-bed room with a fan (there are different rooms) -The beds are very comfortable - we slept so well -We really liked the bathroom w/outdoor shower -the location is very quiet (despite the nearby street) -very good breakfast, great coffee, everything fresh (partly. from own garden or surrounding area) -Simple menu for dinner – but very tasty (preferably fish in aluminum foil ;-) -located in a lovely, safe area in the countryside -There are also other restaurants nearby (take a taxi) -a very fair price-performance ratio -Wifi worked perfectly -We even managed to reach Alma by public bus and taxi for the last mile** **We are grateful that we found EcoHotel Alma. They also helped us to organise a visit at Finca Don Leo (organic coffee farm) and at nearby botanical garden with a Columbian's biggest palm collection and a papiliorama (butterfly house). The staff was super friendly and helpful. Got a free room upgrade without asking. Loved that, of course.. The place was so pretty and the greenery is stunning. I loved that it was peaceful with great views, and not far from the parque nacional de café - Maybe a 5 minute drive. Breakfast was great and so was the cafecito. Highly recommended.

The arrival to the place was easy and near to Panaca so we didn’t take too long, the ladies who served us were very polite and attended us the best way possible, and food was magnificent. we lost our tooth paste and they get some for us, even though they don’t sell tooth paste at all, I really recommend Orange Glamping! 10/10

The hotel is very beautiful and well-kept. It has 2 spa baths which looked amazing, but we did not try them as we were short on time. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, we arranged airport pick up and some tours through them and they work with a great driver, so we got to visit everything we wanted easily. It's not in the center of the village, but you can reach it in a very short walk, so that is not a problem, but rather good as the hotel grounds are quiet and you can properly rest after a day of hiking. Breakfast is amazing!

Amazing hotel in the perfect location: outside of the noises of the town but within a walking distance. The bed was suuuper comfortable, the amenities are very new and clean and the room was massive (looks better than the photos). Margarita and Ignacio were very hospitable and helped us a lot with recommendations! We had some nice conversations near the fireplace in the main room which was very cosy. The highlight of the hotel are two massive dogs that are always ready for pets and scratches.
