It was a super fantastic Hotel comparing to Pasto Standard!!!! Great spacious rooms, super clean, great room equipment, clean bathroom, great staff and excellent location! Breakfast is Colombian standard- but it’s super nice and in my opinion enough for everyone! Restaurant quality is very high. They use filtered water so no food poisoning and your foreign stomach can relax 🥰

It was a short stance and we loved it, the lady in the reception and the security guy are excellent, friendly, respectful and easy to approach. The location is great, close enough by taxi to Ipithe sanctuary of the Lajas and the international bridge of Rumichara, sure it's a lot more nice places to visit in Ipiales but unfortunately our time was short there. I will definitely recommend this place, great staff. Thank you

The advertised wellness center was also unavailable. These issues may stem from the management transition to an interim administration. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's accommodating nature was appreciated. It is hoped that, as time progresses, these issues will become a thing of the past, given the promising nature of this new building. The location is excellent and their staff amazing.
